That's the big question right? What do I need to get the job done? Who would have thought that personal philosophy is a key indicator of what it takes to get goals accomplished and do well. But, in my opinion, there is truly no other way. Your personal philosophy seems to be tethered to character and attitude, or really how you see and interpret the world. So its imperative to have the right philosophy in pursuit of your goals, to try to eliminate the things that will take away all the good you start.

Kids are a riot right? They want their way and they want it now! Forget about manners, respect and listening. That goes right out the window as soon as they lose control of their emotions. And that sounds about right, kids are people too and they should be treated as such. Teaching expression with respect can go a long way. Yes it’s important that children have the opprotunity to express how they feel, but it must be done with respect. Not only to themselves, but those around them. That where effective communication comes into play. It’s not an overnight process it takes time and patience. The key is to build trust and confidence in how and what you are telling them to do. Make sure the instructions are clear, and try to remember how it was when you were a child. So how do you teach the stubborn children empathy and emotional intelligence? It starts with compassion. Showing that care is very important for your child to build a value system that’s rooted integrity. Is it gentle parenting or supreme disciplined parenting that gets the job done? In our experience you have to dance on the spectrum between the two, and if you can try to be in the middle. I hope these tips and insight can provide some clarity in your parenting journey.
